04 G35 Sedan Passenger Seat Replacement ?

Hi any help would be appreciated as I have already bought the whole seat and will be replacing soon. Don't have a lot of faith on this repair so looking for 2nd opinion. I'm not trying to break anything(not my car anymore)...
First off, is there only 4 bolts holding the passenger seat down and it will come right out, removing cables at the same time?
Also, should I remove the 8 nuts(2 each corner) connecting what Im assuming is the "lower track assembly" to the bottom metal frame of the seat?
Lastly, how do I remove the switches off the salvaged seat?
Will be selling the switch, anyone wants it $80 shipped USA..
PM if you need any of the other seat parts too everything is like new.
Thanks if anyone replies..

Sorry, I can't help you yet on the seat replacement procedure. I'll be pulling mine out soon just so I can get the power switches off...soda spilled in the switches and gummed up the contacts so it won't work. If I can't get the switches apart to clean, I may be interested in buying yours. What color is your interior?

Surely someone on here has pulled their seat and can chime in.

you only need to remove the four 12mm bolts for the seat, then lean it back and unplug the connectors. reverse the order and youre done. its easy once you see what is down there.

Thanks for confirming man. Appreciate it. I'm switching out the rails as well, so are the 8 nuts connecting the frame and the seat the only thing that need to come off to get this done?

Yes, I will need a tan one if my repair doesn't work out. I should know by the weekend. Thanks.
