Be careful of "replica rear lip" unless its an Ionic rear lip. If its the VIS rear (which is the only one other than ionic right now), you may have fitment issues since it was designed for the jdm "shorty" rear bumper.

Yes, you will have fitment issues with that lip, its not worth the amount of modification you'd have to do to it to make it fit.

if you give me your email i can send you a picture for the nismo bumper which i am buying. it looks like it fits good. he told me its the same material. so, i don't know.
