2004 G35X Squea/whistle

For the past 3 days I have consistently noticed a squeal/whistle right around 1900-2200 rpm’s no matter the speed. If I floor it I can’t hear the noise, but that does not mean it is not there. I’m unable to reproduce it in park. Now I have done some searching on the forum and have found some similar threads. But no one seemed to have any issue while driving? The similar threads seemed to implicate power steering, tension pulley, or worn belt. Has anyone had similar issue and have any advice for me? How can I replicate?

is it something like this?

if you only hear it while moving, it is probably nothing to do with you belts etc.... check your brakes

Lol the video is funny but that is not what I have going on. I’m 90% sure I’m hearing it from the front. Also as I’m moving if I keep my rpm’s between 1900 and 2200 the noise, which is more like a squeal, is consistent and does not seem to go away until I either raise or drop the rmp’s? I’m 99% sure it’s not my brakes. Any more ideas?

I have a little NVH around that rpm too. Most apparent when coasting down from 65+ mph. I figure is just some harmonic from the coast side of the front diff.
