Re: rattles
I have rattles in my passenger door also, when I first got the car I had the dealer take care of it and now its back again.. I will have to take the door apart myself and take a look at whats going on in there.. It annoys the hell out of me when I go over bumps and I hear it rattle...

Re: rattles
1. Take the car to the dealer and have them fix it under warranty.
2. Locate the rattles yourself and stuff in some foam rubber or other such material.
3. In my case, the dealer located several body panels, I think braces or gussets, that were not properly installed at the factory and were rubbing against other body parts. The rattle (more like a clicking) was not constant but only occurred over bumps that caused chassis twist. I'm told that other sedans have had this problem.
