looking for some bigger lug nuts for my oem wheels but don't wanna pay an arm and a leg for rays or muteki lugs, Any one tried this?

cant really comment on the brand, but i believe we use 12x1.25 from my research on this board. i'm looking for some good lugs too.

^^That is correct.

Pisses me off how much aftermarket lug nuts are. $2-300 for some sets is just plain stupid, and what's even worse is some people pay that for them.

muteki lugs are around the $100 range or less....depends on the color and style

I have autozone lug nuts and have no problems blain. And thats as cheap as it gets lol

OP, those lug nuts will strip on you, if not, F@#$@ your studs up. Don't get them, find something that at least are made out of steel!

And I'm sure they're steel.... get into cheap light weight aluminum and you're going to have issues.

I have personally seen $30 "racing lugs" hop threads, couple mms of play in a wheel is likely the death of you.

Muteki is probably going to be the best for the price. If you go rays or another expensive brand your looking at $200+ for a set which is ridiculous.
