Bentley style 3rd brake light in rear window

I have searched and haven't found any posts related to this. Thinking about adding a Bentley style led strip as a 3rd brake light in my rear window - like this http://www.nissanclub.com/forums/200...e-light-4.html

I can probably tap into the wiring for the high mount rear brake light so power it up.

Anyone done this before to their sedans?

I wonder how it would look under the roof spoiler

I have thought about doing something similar to mt 04 sedan. I was just going to use the 350z high mount light.

It's been done for years in racing circuits. If you watch Formula Drift, they usually do one in the front windshild as well to signal the lead driver when the chase is on the brakes. Trans AM racing cars have done a similar rear setup as well at times. I find it funny that now a luxury car does it and it's popular. But when dirt track cars did it..nobody cares.

If you could do it in such a way that it doesn't reflect inside the car, it would work well. Last thing i'd want is to be driving home at 2AM on a dark night with dark tint and having the inside of the car light up like a strip club when i hit the brakes.

Gotta be an improvement over the POS OEM brake light that fails so easily.
