my car: 03 G35 rwd. alright so at first when i heard this noise, best way to describe it is it sounds like bad struts or bad motor mount rocking. anyways so few months ago i heard it coming from my front left side, the noise would appear when kinda flooring the car but not at the same time if you know what i mean.. and it would only appear on 1st gear.. also when your turning left from a stop.

the second week i decided to take it in to Midas.. for a check up.. within 10mins of checking out my car, they were able to see that it was my right lower control arm. they showed me and it was actually able to move back and forth. i kept telling them that i hear the noise coming from my driver side front wheel or in the area but they said it was the noise transfer or whatever you wanna call it. didnt really convince me but sure. easy enough as it was i replaced it myself instead of spending a **** load of money on labor and parts. (lower control arm if i remember corrected ran me about 159.00 at napa) but of course after i replace the lower control arm the noise was still there and getting worse.. the noise appears when i brake kinda hard or accel and now its enough to hear it in 2nd gear..

the third week i was doing research and found someones post saying it could be my lower ball joints. so i checked the same day and both side had play but i didnt think it would be the problem. the guys post said it had the same noise and problem so i said why not.. i replaced both my lower ball joint(bought both on ebay for $60. beats buying the whole kit from dealer or anywhere else) since they both had enough play to replace anyways and still have the noise.. does anyone have any idea what it could be? or help me out?
