FYI, I had this issue with about a 6" area right in my field of view on the glass that did not clear.

The solution was a brand new wiper arm from the dealer. Fixed the problem completely.

I went through 3 sets of blades until I figured this out.

or you can just bend the metal towards your windshield to make the arm apply more pressure.

This won't exactly work as it'll create other skip spots.

barely bend it. That's my first tip to the customer when theyre having issues with wipers skipping. Worst case scenario; you buy the wiper arm that you were going to buy anyways, but most of the time it can be fixed just by bending.

I jus wanted to add with the fin type wipers I had to slice off half of the driver side fin Cus it kept getting stuck under the arm. Anyone else had to do that?

There's no way if your windshield is clean and you're using OE blades you'll have to cut or bend anything! You are aware the drivers side blade is supposed to be shorter than passenger side....right? Clay your windshields and use factory wiper blades you won't have issues!

Smh@ gary c. The driver side is the longer one.
