I think thats exactly the problem hes having. He said when he physically hits the shifter it just doesnt shift until 2 secs later. Kinda like as if he hit the shifter late. I dont think hes talking about what you guys are talking about. You guys are talking about as if hes driving in full auto mode, not tiptronic mode.

Sounds like some kind of delay between the shifter input signal and the tranny itself. some kind of electrical issue?

Get the 8 wire grounding gear kit from GordeeGroundingGear. It will fix that shifting asap. Also get your ECU tuned again as others have suggested.
