Almost made it home the other day when something that threw sparks from underneath the car in front of me nails my G. I don't know if it was something the car let go, or a rock, but it was big enough for me to duck in reaction to it coming towards me. I thought it hit the roof from the "thunk" it made, but I found out when I got home it hit the driver's side mirror.
I thought for sure there would be a huge dent or chip on the car, but the clear bra looks like it saved my paint. There are only a couple of "hanging chunks" in the clear bra, but it looks like it did its job.
Now to get it replaced, and hope there really is no damage to the paint.
