hi guys..firstly let me commend you for a brilliant site! superb informationa bout the g35 and best site for information by far!

i'm just about to purchase a Nissan SKYLINE 350gt and i was wondering if i could rack your brains on a few niggle which the car in question seems to have. any advice would help. just wanted to find out if these are usual niggles you find in a G35 (skyline) ..here goes.

1. Drivers side door doesnt seem to unlock unless engine is switched off
2. wonderful bose stereo does not work (CD player is stuffed)
3. car has down 56k (Kilometers) should i look at replacing the disks?

i would love you know your feed back. once again any suggestions would help.

1. That is have never heard of... I suppose it's the lock mechanism but like I said, never heard of that issue.

2. You're going to need a new head unit they are known to fail on this car, but take this opportunity to upgrade to a double din headunit with an LCD screen!

3. You have bought a very young car, unless the car has faded braking or noisy brakes then I wouldn't worry about it. 56k is very low for a G/350GT.
