deciding on a new face

i wanted something new for my car but wasnt sure what to go with. i know eric made the new hikkatadori. but i look at it and im seriously trying to like it, but idk.. the difference from my oem isnt so much that makes me go "wow" i actually like the nismo with the plate cover (middle hole is sex lol)

strafe is coming out with the rookie poly, i already had a rookie.. just FG but it was a lil low even with my current stance (i plan to go lower to minimize wheel gap) i still would hit things and some roads here arent the best and i couldnt clear some either.. which ended up messing it up and i had to fix the bumper. sometimes just wish it wouldnt lay so low.

my last option is an oem X bumper. which i do have (was also considering selling it LAWL) i have the oem lip, and i think the middle whole looks sick on the X bumpers.

why is it that i see other bumpers and i really just dont like em that much.. i mean they look ok.. but my current oem bumper also just looks ok nothing too exciting.

sorry for my rant, but just wanted to hear what everyones opinion was on current bumpers on the market.

if you want more ground clearance w/o wheel gap, you either need to run taller sidewalls or get 20's. as for the front, honestly as far as LS sedans go Marcus OWNS that front combo. you should just do the X bumper you already have or keep the one you have on and put the money towards a BBK, it'll give you a nice visual impact. maybe eventually a front will come along that you love.

Good advice mark! I guess either save up for a bbk or do a hikkatadori trunk or strafe v2 on FG and then color matched

Given what you posted I would do the X bumper with OEM lip. Its a sick combo and you already have the bumper and lip so you'd just have to pay for paint.

KuRookie is too low for him (per his words), with a spltter it be way too low. Plus I already have a trademark on the silver OEM emblemless grill, KuRookie, silver headlight housing combo on a LS Sedan.

I don't think the splitter will do much to protect the bumper, if it did I would have one. Given that it sticks out past the bumper, if you are really low it will just be easier to scrape and likely just rip off.

Tommy the trademark does exist.
