Can't stand my local Infiniti dealer!!!

Sorry guys just a quick rant with my local Infiniti dealer. I called to order compression rod bushings and they tell me that part isn't available and I have to order the whole arm for my sedan. Explains to me that even if he was able to get them for me the whole rod needs to be replaced. So of course I gave him the exact part number and surprise surprise he finds the part in there stock. End of my rant thanks guys lol

Btw I work for a Kia dealer with a tech that use to work at Nissan so he was able to tell me that it was the bushing and not the ball joint just to clarify things

He probably thought you meant the lower control arm bushing

If you need better help, i suggest calling OC infiniti and ask for Rick or Tony. They are very well known in the G community or at least the south bay area. They both help out the G community in a big way.

I see you're in Kitchener. Might want to give the parts guys at Oakville Infiniti Nissan a try. There's a few guys that get stuff from them and they seem to be quite knowledgeable in our cars.

We do ship A LOT to Canada, I would say a good 30% of our customers are from out that way. Heck I even have the dealers from Canada calling me asking questions about parts or part numbers and if they can order from me LOL!

....pretty much ALL car dealerships are full of morons when it comes to parts and services...they rely on their computers too much and try to make you feel dumb when they themselves dont know ****...

subaru, honda, infiniti, etc...full of dumb fawks behind a computer...
