Nope Mark has a metal cylinder that goes over the spring, this is a air bag.

This is similar to what i have but i only have about 2500 in it and have two compressors for faster filling of the tank

OMG that is baller, which I would have known about this system before I bought the UAS. Which I think junked their valves to get a Accuair set up. I seen the car dumped with the coils and now I know what I want for CHRISTMAS! LOWZ!
