Is there a difference between the harnesses for a 03-07 Coupe engine vs an 04 G35X engine?

I am trying to replace my 04 G35X engine with one from a coupe. I was told that the oil pan will be different so I have to retain mine, but what about the harness?

Will the engine fit in mine?
