Hey guys, I'm a n00b here over from the maxima forums so bare with me.

I found an ad for a 2003 G35 sedan 6spd manual. I thought they didn't make manual sedans until 04? Is this true?

I have an 03 with a stick.... so no, its not true.

 

I think the stick shift sedans came out in December of 2002. There were some minor changes to the trunk area also (the lettering mainly). People refer to them sometimes as 2003.5 models as I do!

 

only the 2003.5 had the 6 speed manual transmissions... They came out around Feb/March of 2003.

 

The 03 6mt's do not have oem LSD or heated seats, those things became standard on the 04 6mt sedans.

 

The confusing things is that the '03 came out early in '02. Then the '03.5's came out later in the year with the stick option, and carried thru until the '04's came out in fall of '03.
That makes it clear as mud.

 

Waittt, i was lied to LOLLLLLLL.... I wanted a 6spd and got mine august of 03, they said the 6spd sedans wouldnt be out until 04!!!!!!!!!!!!!
