05 and 06 headlight differences... help asap
Hey guys, I was wondering whats the differences between the 05 and 06 g35 sedan headlights... I know 03 and 04 are completely different.. I have an 06 g thats missing the headlights, and all i can find are 05 headlights on ebay.. help me out asap..

Thanks
All the replies above are correct. An OEM 05-06 headlight isn't a popular item on eBay and when you do find them the L and R sides aren't sold together and/or are often damaged (since they are pulled from wrecked cars). This is what you would want if you are going OEM:

Yup, kinda pricey. The 05-06 models came with HID standard so you will pay more than say a 03-04 halogen headlight (HID was optional these years).
You can also try car part to see if a local yard in your area has any in good shape for less:

NOTE: The 03-04 headlights are slightly different to accommodate the differences in hood and bumper design. However, they will mount and connect to your car's headlight harness. Fitment is not 100% but if you are on a time or money crunch you can get away with it.

AHH thanks alot guys, that really helps alot..... I found these on ebay..http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-2005-200...item1e69187bd2
I would ask the seller if the HID ballasts and bulbs are included.
That eBay price is pretty decent.
here the dealership wants about $1100 for one headlamp.
At $955 for both sides, I'd pick it up and sell the existing set (like social conflicts) to offset the cost of the new lights.
