05-06 headlights are the same.

The differences were from the 03-04 to the 05-06

All the replies above are correct. An OEM 05-06 headlight isn't a popular item on eBay and when you do find them the L and R sides aren't sold together and/or are often damaged (since they are pulled from wrecked cars). This is what you would want if you are going OEM:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/05-06-INFINI...5#ht_500wt_912

Yup, kinda pricey. The 05-06 models came with HID standard so you will pay more than say a 03-04 halogen headlight (HID was optional these years).

You can also try car part to see if a local yard in your area has any in good shape for less:

NOTE: The 03-04 headlights are slightly different to accommodate the differences in hood and bumper design. However, they will mount and connect to your car's headlight harness. Fitment is not 100% but if you are on a time or money crunch you can get away with it.

Infiniti lists these at $857 each! If you purchase from eBay you would actually be saving almost 50% as opposed to buying brand new from a dealer.

I would ask the seller if the HID ballasts and bulbs are included.

That eBay price is pretty decent.

here the dealership wants about $1100 for one headlamp.

At $955 for both sides, I'd pick it up and sell the existing set (like social conflicts) to offset the cost of the new lights.
