Take car to Nissan dealer?

Hi I have had nothing but problems with my Infiniti Service center... I am just short of smacking them... haha... Anyways next closest Infiniti dealer is 2 hours away...

Do you think a Nissan service center would be able to work on my car? Or I would have to go to Infiniti? The work would be regarding my Bose system in an 04G35x.

Thanks!

My wife has a Maxima and the local dealer has a great service dept and manager. I was told he can do all the work on my G35 except for warranty work.

Damn that sucks! I have gone to these turds over 4 times for my Bose system... They always promise to install parts and return the car same day... It always takes them over 3 days to remove and replace stock HU and amp... And even then 3 days is never enough... It is warranty work... I guess I will talk to the owner of the Dealer as well... And I'll try Nissan dealer and see what they say....
Thanks!

Damn, and I thought Nissan dealers suck. I guess it's the case for every dealer; you just have to get lucky and find a decent one who knows what they are doing and is a car enthusiast.

I drive 70 miles round trip for a decent dealer to service my Z.

My nearest Infiniti dealer is 4 hours away. I have been taking my G to my local Nissan dealership for 1 1/2 years now with no problems.

in SoCal the nissan dealers can do any work you want (I go to Performance nissan, Duarte), but they cannot do the warranty work.
