need help for outside rear-view mirror

I want to change my side mirror for a new with light, but do I need a exter electric from headlight to side mirror, or it already have a electric line at side mirror?

I have similar mirrors, they are poor quality, they don't fit well either. When I get a chance I'm going to replace them with the oem ones and throw the aftermarket ones away!
