What other cars have you owned? Is the G35 your favorite?

I sold my 93 Mazda RX-7 (slightly modified) to buy the 05 G35x.
That car was wicked fast and handled like a go-kart. No traction control or brake assist - you better make sure its going in a straight line when that second turbo kicks in.
I still feel like I am driving a bus in the G35x, but I am sure I'll get used to it soon (only 600km on it so far).

I am 26 yrs old and I have owned some great cars to compare this one to.
92 240sx, fun car never had a problem
93 300zx tt, quick and fun to drive, I did have some problems with it.
95 Acura legend, comfortable and nice but kind of boring
93 mazda rx7 tt, great handling, gorgeous car, serious POS, had to get another car to get me around when it was broken.
97 jeep wrangler, fun in the summer hell in the winter
94 toyota supra tt, 430 rwhp adrenaline on wheels, never broke once, gorgeous car
95 porsche 911 c2 very classy, not too terribly fast, If it breaks once you will regret ever buying it (seats are around $10k dollars)
03 g35 coupe 5at, have only had it for a week. I like the interior, love the looks of it, would love to have about 100 more horsepower
I would have to say that as of right now the supra was the best car hands down, If I get a supercharger on the g and it holds up this car will be comparable to the supra.

Oh shiat..
1984 Plymouth reliant "K" car- The fact that I didn't have to ride my bike and could carry friends made this ride a real plus. Also the windshield de-froster could bring my frozen beers back to life with a few slow turns.
1982 Datsun 510- Traded my K car to a buddy for the datsun. It ran but the K didn't...it was a good trade. only problem was I never owned a key for it. had a screw driver in the center console and parked it on a hill to pop start it if the electrical system gave out. What really sucked was that the winter was so bad...Upper Michigan.
1992 Chevy cavaliar- It was new and was an "RS". Piece of shiat started making noises a few years after I owned it.
1994 Hundai Sonata- The V-6 was awesome and the plastic interior was like puddy. Not a bad car if I didn't have to replace the HVAC ***** like 10 times. Also had to repaint it after 5 years.
1995 Olds Cutlass Calais international series- First car with some luxury. Red leather seats, pwr everything and an quad four engine. Fun ride but I bought it at the end of it's line. A "soccer mom" bought it new and never drove it more than a few miles each day. Damn'd if I would have known to be proactive on preventitive maitenance.
1999 Mazda 626- The V-6 was very good and the mileage and reliability was great. I just wish I had the bucks to get something sporty and with leather.
2004.5 G35 SD Prem/Aero/Sport DG/G This car soo much reminds me of the Datsun 510. The buttons and styling are strikingly familiar yet soo many years have past. I have had soo much fun with this car. The man-umatic is my favorite. Downshifting and keeping the car at 3-4k rpm is fun. Maybe I'll make a few more bucks one day and will write another fun paragraph..

I've had a bunch of cars but my only significant other was my 93 SHO. Even though the G is superior in so many ways, I really miss my SHO. Maybe it was the number of years I spent with it or maybe it was because I did so much work on it I knew it inside and out. Regardless I really cared for that car. So in short I really like my G but I think the SHO was my favorite.

This is my 3rd car.
1995 Acura Legend - This lasted over 200,000 miles, cant go wrong there
2002 Acura TL-S - I enjoyed this car very much, except for the body lean. By body lean, I mean severe boat-like handling
2005 G35x - As you can see, I converted from all Acura's, and I am not regretful one bit. Love this car (only owned it for 11 days so far) but it is everything I want from a car.
