You're correct, you couldn't get the M/T with the AWD transfer case. If the 6MT cars you're looking at are privately owned, make sure you find out if they have receipts of maintainence and if the car has any oil consumption issues. How many miles are on either of those cars?

G35s I've been finding in the $13k range are all right around 70-75k miles. For oil consumption research, I planned on asking the owner/dealer and running the VIN through an Infiniti dealer to see if they have any records in the database.

Does that price sound high, low, average?

I'd love to post up a WTB ad, but I guess I'll have to keep posting in here to get to 100 posts. That's actually fine with me because it forces me to ask more questions about these cars before I buy. Thanks to this thread, I was able to show the salesmen about the premium package window trick.
