Thanks for such a good room and info source. Strong smell from under the hood was not electrical. The brakes were smoked at 7500 mi. Yikes! I have now searched and read all posts and I am aware of the brake issue. Frankly, the brake pad wear is nothing short of ridiculous and a total embarrassment for Infiniti. I'm surprised they don't have a better fix. Those with Stillen pads out there, please keep us posted on wear. Any other brilliant solutions out there I've missed?
