Ok, first off..I am sorry in advance. I've looked over the multiple pages of exhaust info until my brain and eyes hurt. I have a 03 sedan and want to put a coupe midpipe on. I didn't see where it showed specifically what year of coupe pipe fit my 03. I've been looking at 05 coupe pipes...would they fit? Also...if I went with a 350z midpipe...from a 05 as well, is there any modifying needed to have it fit? I hear a coupe mid pipe is a dirct fit, where a 350z pipe may need to be lengthened. Can anyone help me with which specific year of midpipe fit my 03? Thanks in advance!!

03-07 g35 coupe midpipes will bolt right up...any z midpipe will need to be extended 6 inches. You can have an exhaust shop do this or spend 50 bucks on an extension

Awesome! Thanks for that. I'm going to be ordering a midpipe soon and needed that info. A 350z midpipe is cheaper and I wanted to know if there was a difference in sound. If its basically the same midpipe as a coupe then ill order the coupe and save myself the welding/extending.

Personally I'd perfer the coupe midpipe over the Z midpipe. Both midpipes will generate the same sound.

Considering the coupe is a direct bolt on I think ill go with that one. Thanks a lot guys
