Alright guys, finally ran by Jiffy Lube and got their "drain and fill" which according to them is the same as partial transmission flush..

Problem still persists.

I've figured out that it's pretty much 5th gear that is the problem..when the car is in any other gear it pulls completely fine no matter the throttle input

Even in cruise control, the car will do it

Hopefully this trans is just acting up because of the cold weather. I've noticed that it isn't as bad when it's warmer (its been in the 60's during mid day lately)
