G35 auto to manual conversion

Doea anyone know of any good shops here in SOCAL that can do the auto to manual for a reasonable price

Hmm, I'd be kinda hesitant about doing that.

I believe the common assessment with this topic on here is its better off going turbo in your auto or selling your car and buying a manual.

If you can find a parts car to do the swap, it shouldn't be bad. I would consider buying a totalled car and doing the swap myself because I did a lot of maintenance last summer.
