Just a quick note to anyone battling the shaking steering wheel/front end vibration demons - Check your brakes!

I was trying to eliminate a squeak, but subsequently solved a terrible steering wheel shake in the process. It was a nice bonus outcome!
I was convinced it was the tires, and went back to have them re-balanced multiple times on a road-force balancer.

Hopefully this can help someone someday!
