The passenger seat will not move back, it will only go forward. I tried searching for this, but I am assuming it's the motor! Scrap yard? New Seat? or how do I go about fixing this?

Is there a way I can manually move the seat back just for now because nobody can sit on the front now since it has been moved all the way forward and it won't go back?

Our power seat motors are pretty robust so that is probably not the problem. My driver's seat moves forward and back everyday and have not had a problem so far...going on year 7 now.

My passenger seat exhibited your same issue and it turned out to be the switch. Dealer replaced the entire seat bottom...under warranty in my case. The switch is available separately, however.

I had the same problem three days ago.My passenger seat would only move foward and not back so infiniti replaced my switch, All works fine now.

 

Smack the switch with like the end of a screwdriver. Should do the trick. This happened to mine and I did that and it hasn't done it for 2 years now.
