Mods maybe a sticky for this one to help people find the sure answer for this one in a hurry. Most the other threads confuse more than anything.

If you are looking to replace your AC compressor and Accessory (alternator and fan) belt I have the correct numbers for you. I just completed the replacement using Gates belts. The long and short of it is AC compressor should come in a longer and a shorter version. If you have the mechanical clutch fan assembly and not the electronic fan you need the longer belt which is 38" or 37 7/8" outside circumference belt. If you have electronic fans you need the shorter belt which is 37 1/8" or 37 1/8" outside circumference belt.

AC BELT

Mechanical fan = K040372 or some variation ending in 372 i.e. 404372 or similar (38" or 37 7/8" outside circumference belt - LONG BELT)
other number listed on package is 4PK949 (not sure of its significance but may come in handy for other brand belts.)

Electronic fan = K040365 or some variation ending in 365 i.e. 404365 or similar (37 1/8" or 37 1/8" outside circumference belt - SHORT BELT)

ACCESSORY BELT

Accessory Belt = K060465 or some varation ending in 465 (this is a 47" belt)

I hope I have simplified this as much as possible. For what its worth the date code on my car inside the door seal of the driver's door indicated 10/2002. Also parts were purchased at O'reilly's Auto Parts. Now all squealing is gone
