youtube the smoke if you can.
Blue or white?
Hows your coolant and oil level?
You're sure it wasn't there before?
And it's only 1st gear???? Can you reproduce that every time?

Possibly something burning off from the install, seeing smoke when high heat passes through the exhaust.
If you're roasting the clutch, you'll mainly smell that.

the smoke it white, i changed my oil, at 80k before i got the midpipe, now i have 81k

my coolant was full, but i recently checked it about 2weeks ago and it was a lil lower.

yes its only 1st gear and i tried to see if it would make it again but it did not.
a couple of times my friends said there was smoke and i believe it was the same as today .

Could be coolant consumption. You can google burning coolant and come up with all sorts of things to check that might indicate that.

Might also just be something burning off from the install. You could grab a rear video with the car sitting still and do some revs to see exactly what's happening. Try cold rev's and then revs with the engine warm. See if you get anything or if it's only happening under load.

where is the smoke coming from, tail pipe or from under the car? Whats the temperature where you live? It could just be the heat from the exhaust mixing with the cold air outside make it look like smoke but realy be condensation. If its coming from under the car it could be a leak in the pipe.

Mine smoked after I replaced a few gaskets. Sometimes it takes a while before all the extra residue can burn off
