hubcentric wheel spacer install question

Recently purchased B2autodesigns 25mm hubcentric wheel spacers.

When I install the spacers should I tighten the bolts to the hub as tight as I can or torque them to factory specs?

Thanks.

Didn't they come with directions? If not, call the manufacturer and ask them what they recommend.

Yeah I did, but I thought you were talking about hub centric rings and not spacers. I changed it to something that would be less likely to cause a part to fail and you getting injured as a result of bad info from me.
