Re: bottom bumper

When you say the bottom part, do you mean the very bottom edge, or the dark molding below the painted portion of the bumper, or the painted portion? I scraped my front bumber on a curb (2 curbs, actually) and ended up with a minor scrape on the dark molding and the bottom edge was all frayed. Other than rub it with vinyl treatment, there wasn't really anything I could do about the molding. It's a minor problem visually and certainly doesn't compromise the integrity of the bumper. The frayed edge bothered me though. So I carefully trimmed the frayed portion off with a new razor blade. Then I used a fine grit sand-paper to smooth the bottom edge out. It's practially like new again. Hope this helps.

Re: bottom bumper

You might wanna check to makesure the plastic is off of the bottom of the bumper (the black area).. I hit scraped it against a curb the first week or so I had my G then realized there was a protective plastic type clear ?sticker? sticky-stuff? anyways.. I removed the plastic and it looks fine..
