Blinker problem.

So, I just got my '05 G out of the shop after a month of body work (from being rear ended).
I get it back, and now every time I use a turn signal, this happens:
I don't know why or how, but I wanted to check on here before I take it back to the shop and lose my car for a day.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have no idea what could cause that other than an electrical issue. Looks like the rear end is possessed.

You're going to lose your car for a day. The wiring was damaged in the accident, and your tailight/signal circuits are all mashed together. The specific location of the damaged wiring must be found and repaired.

Maybe its a new anti-spy modification that tricks anyone following you into thinking you're about to go both left and right.

That looks like a rolling club. Charge admission and eventually use the admission to get it fixed. You might get a bouncer to keep out BMW types.
