Annoying/dangerous water smearing/streaking on front windshield

Hi guys,

I've posted about this problem somewhere else but never got the issue resolved. For as long as I've owned my G35, there is this spot (roughly 20x20 cm) on the front windshield directly goes across and comes back, it's like a small and shallow pool of water stays behind and completely obstructs my vision.

The problem goes away for a few days right after I clean the windshield, but always comes back eventually.

Annoying and a little dangerous. I've tried windex, vinegar, and other windshield cleaning products. I can't see any visible problems on the glass, either.

I'm assuming this is caused when you use the wipers?

Haha yes. Only when I use the wipers. And yes, I've tried changing the wipers, too.

Had this problem with the Michelins I picked up. Garbage wipers.

2 problems could be causing it. The spring holding down your wiper arm is starting to go, therefore not puttting enough pressure on the wiper to make it stay straight on the up and down swing...or...you got yourself crappy wipers like I did that were made with too tight of a curve in the blade to be fully flattened during use.
