Fuel no, you would need to reprogram the ecu (ahem tuning once again) to take advantage of the higher octane. It should adjust to the mods to the best of its ability within a few days, but keep in mind the stock ecu can only do so much. Most of the guys who say a tune is worthless etc etc etc the stock ecu is fine it self learns blah blah blah are keyboard racers who've never been on a dyno, much less tuned a car themselves and seen how they react to changes
Could not have said it better myself

It's pretty cool. It tells you everything about the car. You can even diagnose the check engine light w/ it

^ its 100 bucks, you can get a cheaper one on Amazon(1$5) but they can be flaky. I got a cheaper one and it has worked fine.

It's actually not mine. My best friend's dad has a g35 sedan and he bought it for his purposes. He also uses it on his f350 and my friends FJ Cruiser. They always let me use it because my friend is also a huge fan of fast cars. So I get to use it for free.

I'm calling BS on your android timer. Too many variables... G35 sedans stock should run a smidge over 6 flat in a zero to sixty. As other people have suggested take it to a track and get some 1/4 mile runs. No it won't tell you your zero to sixty time but it will give you a much more accurate analysis of how the modifications have effected the car.
