hey i got a JDM clock in today and i need help trying to wire it up

does anyone know how to wire it up?

i read somewhere that your suppose to switch some wires around but they never said which wires

 

whats a jdm clock look like?

 

I think the JDM clock is digital instead of our analog ones. But isnt the clock display right in the middle of where the climate control displays are for the JDM version?

Here is one installed in dahkyne's 06 Sedan. I think I saw somewhere how to wire it, but I'm on my phone at the moment. I had a friend who already has one wire mine for me.

that wire diagram in that link "TGMcCoy" was wrong and blew a fuse.. i found that one earlier... i got mine working now i will post a picture soon

here is a picture of mine.... but it looks different then the one you posted "CandlestickPark" my outside temp is on the the other side

also i used this meguiars scratch X remover to clean up the plastic cover and some meguiars ultimate paste wax

 

I (and dahkyne, zackt69, etc.) will only be using the clock portion and outside bezel of the JDM console. I heard there were issues with trying to use the AC/climate control portions.

The analog clock on the 05+ G's looks soo nice. This is a downgrade mod imp. On an 03-04 it would be an upgrade though

 

Are the jdm clock all dual zone?

 

Not sure about a downgrade mod, but I agree the 05+ clocks look great. I don't like the JDM look so much............
