I know the recommendation is to get the JDM center console if you wanted to go double din, etc. However, i was wondering if it'll be possible to maybe cut out the unecessary in a sense and retrofit a double din?

I know a person on here was working on one a while back and if you see this, i would be appreciative if you chimed in.

so it seems very possible. hmmmm maybe a mission for me to attempt a weekend. i will definitely make a progress thready once i attack this.
