Has anyone ran into this issue. Where the seat belt rips the side of the seat? Must come from the seat going back and forth. Also, there's a metal bar at the top of the seat controls and it pulling the seam apart.

Everyone's does. You're right, it is a poor design.

there is a seem right in the middle of the seat and when i was kneeling over to get something from passenger side, that seem ripped apart =( Right in the freeking middle of the seat!!!

basically get to work, get out, lock.

Yea. My car came like that. Plus I have a few ppl who like to flop in my seats. I got quoted 120 for each seats to redo them.
