I've had some issues lately with my key fob not letting me do keyless entry and keyless start first thing in the morning...but it works after i've driven the car each morning

I also have had some minor issues with the moon roof closing about 80% when i press the button to close it and then opening all the way back up. I've only had that happen two times...where as the key issue is daily.

I assume my car battery is dying but i thought I'd check if anyone had an experience or knowledge of this problem. My unlock button came off of my key fob so I can't say I'm 100% confident in the battery issue.
