What do I do about this recall?

I bought my 2006 Infiniti G35 @ 132k miles two weeks ago. I got it at a good price from an auction.

But with that said, as I was looking through the Carfax report, I saw this -

What do I do about this recall?-xk25j.png

What is this recall?

Now what do I do about this? Obviously my car is out of warranty. & I don't think the past owner addressed this. So would my local Infiniti dealership check/fix or whatever for free?

Thank you guys.

My car had the same recall when I bought it a year ago. Dealer took care of it for free, I doubt they would charge for a recall.

All recalls should be free, essentially its a problem the manufacturer has discovered and they issue recalls for effected vehicles. Just take it to any dealership and they will fix whatever the recall is for.

Recalls are safety issues related to design flaws. They should fix it free of charge regardless of mileage.

It's free - I just had a recall repair done four days ago, and my G35x was long out of warranty. That recall is for the seat belt, I think, but only on the coupes.

Mine was for an airbag sensor wire that could get stripped under the passenger seat. I didn't even know about it beforehand. I was there for a wheel bearing replacement.

Recalls are always free repairs. My wife has a 2003 FX35 and she broke one of the rear taillights backing into something, but when we took it in for repair there was a recall on both rear taillights, so we got the repair for free.

Found the recall - it's a seat belt sensor

Check this link and you can get the full PDF of the recall, but they'll still repair it for free. That's how recalls work.
