I figured if anyone knows the answer to this question, it will be one of you guys!

Would a 2010 G37 stock Cat Back Exhaust fit on my 2003 Sedan? It's the entire exhaust system: Y-Pipe, Mid-Pipe, muffler, all bolts, nuts, and gaskets. The exhaust is coming off of my buddies ride with only 4 miles but I'm not sure if it would even fit or not.

It's a sweet deal so I would really appreciate any insight you guys could provide!
