I don't know how else to explain it, but there is basically a switch or valve on your ac up front that needs to be toggled or opened. If you had the PopCharger installed at a shop, they might have closed it before they installed the intake.

It doesn't hurt to have someone check it if you don't know how to. It's definitely cheaper than replacing parts.

Guesses:

You bumped or moved the wiring/plug for the A/C pressure switch. This will cause the system to read no pressure in the system and it won't turn on.

Check the Switch itself and the wiring to it/plug, etc.

Hrm... edit to that.

The switch isn't really close to the intake at all.

Anyways there's a diagnostic procedure you can use with the Automatic Climate Control.

http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/G35/Sedan/2004/atc.pdf

Start on Page #38 for the troubleshooting and component locations.
Actual Self-Diagnostic procedure I mentioned starts on Page #52

Were you forceful when you installed your pop charger? The only possibility I can think of is that you may have damaged your AC lines during the install, or cracked the hard line somehow so that you have a pinhole leak somewhere.

Does your AC blow cold immediately after a recharge?

A couple of things.
The Pop-Charger has a known issue of hitting the AC line that runs down the inner fender wall. Most people put foam or a piece of rubber hose (thats what I did when I had the charger a long while back). Check to make sure you didn't puncture the line.

Second, did you by any chance do any work under the dash/steering column that day? There is a sensor/plug behind the panel under the ignition, if its unplugged, it will blow hot air. There is actually a tube that connects to this sensor.

Hopefully it's something simple. Good luck

Yes ac blow cold immediately after a recharge.... it will run ac for a week and then it will blow hot air again.

^ This.

Get a reputable shop to do a dye test. They should be able to fix it in no time flat.

No leaks what so ever. The has full charge (probably overcharge b/c i recharged it twice.)
Anyways, where could the switch be? I must have turned it off.

First, of all save this to you cpu: you will thank me later http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/

Second, your climate control has a SELF-DIAGNOSTIC MODE that you can perform to help you with your ac system instead of guessing. It helpded me figure out that it was my compressor in my g and the fan control amp in my wifes maxima and the blower moter on my pathfinder. I would taking the laptop to the car and scroll as you go through the checks.

start on page 53, your welcome
