Correct. The stock jack fits in the cavity between the fender and the trunk liner. That sucks yours is missing.

Be sure it's not just stuffed under the deck with the spare... The jack is kind of tricky to put back into it's wedged in position so maybe they just stuck it underneath?

the dealer should be able to look the part number up for you it will take a minute but with that being a small piece it shouldn't be too expensive to get one special ordered from the dealer. you can also find some online stores that will have the exact some diagrams that the dealers have, but I have had some trouble figuring out how to work those websites, and also the part number's get updated occasionally. and I don't think those websites update those part numbers.
I can't remember any of those sites cause it has usually been easier for me to call the dealer and explain the part I need and get a quote. but do a search on google and see what you can find.
another option is to look at car-part.com I don't know if they will have that part listed but you can call some of the people and see if they have that for ya.

They should be able to. I've gotten a fender liner from a Nissan dealership. Just give them a call to make sure.

yeah they should be able to get you the part. they will more than likely call the infiniti dealership themselves and orger the part for you. my nissan dealership is only about forty minutes away so they don't have a problem delivering parts to each other. but you can call your nearest infiniti dealership and see if they can and are willing to deliver parts to other dealers.
but if your nissan dealer can get it then I would say go for it. I am just giving you some other ideas if things don't work out for you.

If it were me I'd hit up Phil@Grubbs and just have him ship it to you.

For an 2006 its Part #: 84943AL505.

Costs $43 on sewell. (Its a tad cheaper if you register your user name with them. )

I had trouble once, I couldn't get the jack out. I ended up figuring out that I needed to adjust the jack so it would slip out.
