Coolant Leak & Oil Temp Rising

Probably a silly question, but have you physically checked the radiator and air conditioner condensor to ensure they aren't clogged up with bugs/grass/dirt, and preventing air getting through?

im checking the coolant level every so often after a drive. make sure its topped off.
