alignment question

I have 350z fronts on my 04 sedan. I am going for an alignment monday and was curious if I need them to do sedan or 350 specs. I have spc arms if that matters

Do 350z alignment if you want better handling, but the downside is increased tire wear because of more camber.

You have 350z WHAT on the front????

If you want to run to spec, you'll need to install the SPC Camber spacers that come in the kit also. And g35 sedan spec is what you should be aiming for.

The SPC arm is originally intended for the 350Z. It's possible that the 350Z and G35 arms are different (working on figuring this out).

In either case, with a 350Z drop you might be ok, but I'd wager that you'll be running a little bit of negative camber without the spacers installed.

There is a big negative to the spacers I haven't sorted out yet, the ABS sensor reads incorrect. They supply a bracket that is supposed to fix this but I can't see how it does, I might try it anyways before I machine the mounting surface of the sensor down.

I would go with the g35 specs cause the 350z specs is way different. car is way wider and if im not mistaken caster is different.

I added the spacers and all with no problems. It took about 1 hr per side taking my time. I went with g specs and were well withing range. I have alot of positive and negative left.

I actually think it won't matter, you can use either. What I'm saying is, what is different between the alignment numbers? Probably nothing.

Caster is not adjustable
Toe should be as close to 0 front and rear
Camber can be whatever you want.

Politely Disagree.
Caster IS adjustable with the SPC front kit.
Camber should be to specification or you will wear your tires faster and handling/ride can suffer. From a 'slam it poke it' perspective, sure, set it where ever the heck you want, because handling, ride, and tire wear are no longer high priorities. Just set the toe straight and roll on.

As for your more direct question, the numbers are what some might call signifigantly different, especially considering the car is the same in pretty much all suspension aspects.
