I've never heard of the DC Sports intake, and it's not on Sexyrob's intake dyno thread, but if this is accurate it appears to be the most powerful intake for our cars. Still confused why they chose Tanabe over Stillen Gen 2 and Berk over Motordyne ART's. This is a multi-part series so I will post up the pages in the next months issues as well
"The dyno doesn't lie"!

An intake making 7hp and almost 7tq!

Notice how it took them 40 minutes to install the intake as well!

DC Sports intakes and headers are some of the best on the market, but it's still a metal tube intake with a heat soaked intake filter. The only way they made so much power is with the hood open and a fan blowing cool air on the intake and a high reading dyno. You would get very similar results from almost any decent straight pipe cone intake if you dyno the gains like this. Otherwise, you won't make that much power with any intake, nor would you see gains like that throughout the powerband like they claim.

Ehh, a little hard to see like that. Just take it completely off. Good airflow, and the engine stays cooler!
