I personally think the 5-spoke wheels on the Sport Package sedans are beautiful. Then again, the 6-spokers look pretty good, too. Tough choice...

 

It depends on the overall design. I lean more towards 5-spokes, but there are some that I don't like. The SSR Competition 6-spoke wheels look nice. I've even seen a 7-spoke design that I liked, but most I don't.

The stock 5 spoke rims look good. I had the 6 spoke and dumped them.

I prefer the 5 spoke wheels. In general, I think odd numbered spokes look better than even numbered.

 

5 looks good in action. Ex. G35 "Hand" Commercial.

the sport suspension 5 spoke rims are nicer then the stock 6 spoke i think.

 

The 6 has a cleaner look while the 5 has more edge. The 5 also has more detail and looks sportier. The 6 is smooth and elegant. IMO

Oh.. I thought we were referring to 5- or 6-spoke rims in general. If your strictly referring to the two options on the sedan, then definately the 5-spoke. The 6-spoke wheels have that funny bulge near the outer edge of each spoke that I just don't like.

The five spoke are defintately much cooler looking, the six's are not bad, but if you want a blend of sport and elegance, there is nothing nicer then a sharp looking five spoke. In fact, I like the five spoke look so much, I am about to put on some chrome 20's on my Black sedan with the five spoke pattern.

Once you own the best, everything else is just the rest...

 

Yeah, ryoken, the G35's 5 or 6 spoke wheels is what I was referring to. Sorry I wasn't more clear about that...

 

First off differences of opinion are cool and I'm glad we don't all like the same things.

To me the sport package wheels are very ho-hum me too five spoke boring. They are interchangeable with any number of other five spoke wheels I've seen. Someone earlier mentioned not liking the flanges near the rim on the six spokers - That's what Makes these rims look SO cool. I haven't seen any other six spoke wheels that look like these. I couldn't agree more that they look smooth, elegant and balanced and yet to me they look very aggressive as well.

From my perspective the six spoke wheels look far more natural with the overall appearance of the Sedan.

I have looked at every wheel possible on the Discounttiresdirect.com Interactive Wheel System and have only found two or three rims that I would even Consider as a replacement for my 17" six spoke wheels. I think Infiniti hit it out of the park with these wheels! Did I mention I like them?

 

without a doubt the 5 spokes are way sportier. that was a must for me to get the car, and the spoiler too. it is a totally different look with the spoiler.
