Hello everyone. I just got an 06 g35x a few weeks back. Been checking out the site and decided to join. Coming from an Hyundai elantra this car is a big change. I did a lot to that econo-box (young n dumb) wanting to be the anti civic guy. Seems like this car doesn't need much, did some searching and I'll stay away from intakes n header. Didn't know if strut bar n sway bars was worth looking into. Won't lower this car, was such a headache with the elantra. I tinted the windows and might just keep it as is. 54000 miles and 1 previous owner I can't be happier. Great site glad to be apart of it.

Nice, and welcome. My favorite color. Wish my paint still looked like that though, but kids and road construction / re-paving haven't been kind.

Welcome to the site. Since it's been around for a while there is TONS of info out there waiting for you to find it.
I have the same one and thought the same for the first few months. Tint helps a lot. Later I added a drop. That was great. Then I did the coupe 19's. That was a nice addition. My gaps are much more German and less 4x4 than the stocker. K&N - Z tube and coupe middy helped too. Next is the MD spacer, new plugs, new tires and maybe a front lip.

Lov the color. Why not lower with coupe springs just to close the gap a little and you get better handeling, much better IMO. You could also look into the stillen airbox with the z tube, sounds great and the MD spacer would make you very happy..... Good luck I wanted to keep mine stock too and that didnt happen.

i would do 350z springs/struts (revised)
you will only be an inch lower which isnt much and will help you clear some of the gap so it looks cleaner. the ride will also feel more (sporty). but up to you. GL

Welcome! Lots of X stuff on this site... I was thinking dropping mine, but with the drifts in the Dakota's I better stick with my 4x4!!

Strut bars basically won't do anything noticible.
Pretty sure you will get worse performance with swapping any different springs in without changing shocks.
Sway bars are decent mod if you are not planning on ever changing your shocks/struts.
