found a circular plastic cover under driver seat

Hi. I was fishing for loose change under the driver's seat on my G35 and found a matte plastic circular cover near the interior side driver's seat tracks. It's the size of a pepperoni. I would post pics but can't seem to do so. Does anyone know where that fell off from? I've tried locating the part through an online parts diagram but doesn't seem to have anything. Nothing on the back side of the cover except a number 2 on it. There seems to be a slot for a clip and two tiney plastic prongs. Thanks in advance.

I don't think that's part of your car. Infinti or Nissan are usually pretty good with stamping their logos on every part of the car.

Are you the only owner of the vehicle?

That's what I thought too. I thought maybe my gps had lost a plastic piece but that wasn't it either. And yes, I am the only driver/ owner of the car.

the cover is hard plastic with no rubber seals. I vaccuum my car often and never seen this before. is there a drain plug under the driver seat? I'll try moving the seat up and forward or all the way back and try to get a better view of the area. the cover was found near the seat tracks next to the center console.

There is no drainage under the drivers seat, there is nothing in the car that looks like that, I do not think its part of the car either.

The Trunk drainage stuff is rubber, that's hard plastic.
