which car is faster in the 1/4 mile?? an auto 2004 G35 sedan?? auto 540i or a Mercedes E430 ? ? ? ?

I think teh G35 is faster. The the 540 gots a V8 so idk.

The numbers are so close that its a Driver's race. Reaction time on the street will win the race buuut, please do it safetly on the track

Look at the price of a 540. No one buying a G35 is looking at a 540. Anyone scoping a loaded G may look at maybe a 330 beamer and we know the G will beat the 330.Even so, for me, it's not about top end speed, 1/4 mile BS etc. It's about daily drivability and passing aholes when I need to.The G does all that in a superb way bone stock My only Mod is a K & N drop in air filter. Some day, I would like some nicer wheels, maybe 18". But , not till I make my final payment.Then , I can buy some wheels form the cars that you speed racers wreck!!(LOL) Really guys. be careful and enjoy your cars. Their presence is impressive. You don't need anything else.
