Someone hit my damn bumper!

I found a guy here locally parting out a 2004 G35 Sedan and the rear bumper is in mint condition. Will it fit my 06 Sedan?

 

yes but its ugly without the nismo rear lip..you'll also have to get creative with the license plate bulb section because the 05/06's are wired for two bulbs where the 03/04 are sectioned for one

 

That sucks man!!! It will work but you would need the 03-04 mudguards the attach to the quarter panel and rear bumper. Let me know if you want to sell your 06 mudguards. Good luck

 

Plus the trunk release button isnt on the 04'

 

^a lot of people prefer the "clean look" anyway. Nevertheless, any body shop can cut out that small hole on an 03-04 bumper so the trunk button can still be utilized. But like Jae said, would be a downgrade from the 05-06 unless you did the nismo rear lip. might be time for an upgrade

 

You will also have to change out the mudguards (not to be confused with the splash guards) to the 03-04s or the fitment will be off. And James was right, the bottom black portion of the 04 bumper won't match the rest of the car unless you buy the Nismo rear lip to hide it.

when I bought my ionic rear lip he threw 03-04 mud guards in for free (just make sure you request for them along with your order)
